2. Place the brewing pot on the base.

3. When you turn on the switch, the indicator light will turn on and the water

will begin to warm up. When water boils, set the switch to the off position.

4. After boiling the water, it is normal to constitute powder-like residue in boiled

water according to hardness degree of the water. Water causes this case

and it has no effects to human health.

5. Rinse the inside of the pot with water carefully, making sure that you keep

the exterior dry.

6. Do not operate your brewing pot without water.

7. If you want to boil water again, wait for 15-20 seconds before operating your

appliance.

PREPARING GREEK COFFEE

1. You can use your appliance to prepare up to 3 or 4 cups of Greek coffee.

Add enough cold water into your appliance, depending on the number of

cups of coffee you need to prepare (up to 330 ml, which sufﬁ ces for 3 to 4

persons).

2. If you wish to prepare medium-sugar coffee for 1 person, use 1 cup of water,

1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of Greek coffee.

3. Place the pot on the electric base and switch on the appliance by sliding on/

off button on the power unit.

4. At this time, stir your coffee.

5. When the coffee starts to boil, turn off the appliance and pour a little coffee

into the cups (for foam).

6. Return the pot to the power base and heat it up again. When the coffee

starts to boil again, pour the remaining coffee into the cups.

7. Do not touch the hot part of the pot. Hold it by the handle.

8. Before switching off the appliance, remove the pot from the electric base.

9. You can use a different amount of coffee or sugar according to your personal

taste.

CAUTION: Never ﬁ ll the pot above the maximum level (MAX) since hot foam-

ing coffee or other liquids might overﬂ ow during heating.
