Perform the following preparations when storing your
PTV for extended periods of time.
NOTICE
Yamaha Golf-Car Company does not approve the
use of high-pressure washers to clean the prod-
ucts they manufacture. Doing so may damage the
finish on the body or result in doing other damage
not covered by warranty.
TIP
Turn main switch key to "OFF" position, lift seat and
put the tow switch in the "TOW" position. Remove key
from main key switch, and store key in a safe place.
CHASSIS PREPARATION

Verify the tire pressure is set to 151  kPa

Clean exterior of the PTV and apply a rust in-
hibitor.
3.
Cover the PTV with a breathable cover and store
it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
BATTERY PREPARATION
1.
Leave the battery in the golf car during storage.
Do not charge it before storage.
The charger should not be left connected to the
car during storage.
1 month or less in storage
Storage temperature : -20 – 45 °C (-4 – 113 °F)
More than 1 month in storage
Storage temperature : 0 – 35 °C (32 – 95 °F)
SOC range(%) : 30 – 50 % (48 – 52.8 V)
Must be discharged and charged every 6 months.
