POSSIBLE CAUSE
Air in relief cartridge.
Detent pin, plate, or spring worn or
broken.
Plugged brake cartridge.
Faulty brake coil.
Open or shorted brake circuit.
Plugged LINE-IN or LINE-OUT
cartridge.
Faulty LINE-IN or LINE-OUT coil.
Open or shorted LINE-IN/LINE-OUT
circuit.

CORRECTION
This is not a detrimental condition. Noise
may be intermittent.
Replace control lever.
Replace cartridge.
Replace coil.
