6 . LCD
Required jigs and tools: Electric screwdriver (Driver bit 2)
(1) Turn off the printer and unplug it from the electri-
cal outlet.
(2) Remove the rear cover to the procedure described in
item 1.
(3) Remove the board cover unit to the procedure de-
scribed in item 2.
(4) Removal
• Screw 1
[ Tightening torque : 0.8±0.2 N . m]
• Wire 2
(5) Press the metal hook in the center of the connector 3 ,
and then remove the connector 3 .
(6) Removal
• Four screws 4
[ Tightening torque : 0.8±0.2 N . m]
• LCD Unit 5
• Two screws 6
[ Tightening torque : 0.8±0.2 N . m]
(7) Unhook the tabs on the frame indicated by the red cir-
cles in the illustration, and then remove the LCD front
cover 7 .
(8) Removal
• Three connectiors 8
