Required jigs and tools: Electric screwdriver (Driver bit 2)
(1) Turn off the printer and unplug it from the electri-
cal outlet.
(2) Remove the cutter unit to the procedure described in
item 3.
(3) Removal
• Head cable 1
• Head unit 2
• Two screws 3
[ Tightening torque : 0.8±0.2 N . m]
• Head holder 4

• Head 5

[ Caution in assembly ]
• Insert the head holder into the grooves on the
frame. (On the left and right)
• Route the head cable to the front.
