Remove the air filter and pre cleaner.

Slide the pre cleaner off of the air filter.

Install by following the above steps in reverse
order.
To clean a pre cleaner:
1.
Remove the pre cleaner following the steps
described above.
2.
The foam pre clean should be cleaned by:
2a. Wash the filter in warm soapy water.
2b. Rinse it and let it air dry.
IMPORTANT: Always replace a damaged filter.
NOTE: Do not oil the pre cleaner before placing
it on the air filter. The oil can wick into the air fil-
ter, reducing the air flow through the air filter.

The oil change interval is every 100 hrs.
NOTE: The first oil change should be preformed
at 5 hours.
To change the oil:
1.
Remove the cap from the oil drain.
See Figure 9.6.

Remove the dipstick.
3.
Slide a piece of 1/2" rubber hose onto the drain.
See Figure 9.7.

4.
Squeeze the two red tabs together and pull out
on the drain. See Figure 9.7.
