Power cord connection is loose.

All switches are not in the "ON"
position.

tripped.

Insulation blockage in hose.
Blower is off.
Air pocket in hopper is
preventing insulation from
feeding into agitators.

Remedy
Ensure appropriate power cord
connection at machine.
Ensure appropriate power cord
connection at power source.
Connect power cord.
Ensure both control panel &
remote switches are in the ON
position for system to operate.
Push to reset circuit breaker.
Reset circuit breaker.
Have the system inspected by a
qualified technician.
Open slide gate.
Turn system off, remove hose
and clear blockage.
Turn blower on.
Disconnect electrical power.
Redistribute insulation material
inside hopper.
Inspect airlock seals for cuts
and wear. Have a qualified
technician replace airlock seals.
