A device connected to the e-pc is not recognized

is one, and check that the power cable is
correctly connected

Reinstall the operating system or return the e-pc to
its factory configuration by using the CD-ROMs
provided with your e-pc. Refer to page 31 for more
information.

Ask your system administrator, if you have one,
to remind you of the password.

If you cannot find out the password, clear
passwords (see page 38). This will allow the e-pc
to start without a password.
