Canceling TX Jobs

Follow the procedure below to cancel an ongoing fax job.

Press [Stop].

When the <STOP KEY PRESSED> message appears, press [OK].

When the <CANCEL DURING TX/RX?> message appears, press [
<YES>.
C A N C E L D U R I N G

– The <STOP KEY PRESSED> message appears only when the [Stop] key is pressed while the document
is being scanned.
– Remove any unscanned documents from the ADF.
– If you are in the copy or scan standby mode and want to cancel a fax job, press [FAX] to return to the
fax mode first.
