3. Attachments
NOTE: All accessories are compatible with both the flexible hose and extension wand. Included
accessories will vary by model (Fig. 22 & 23).
1) Dusting Brush (Fig. 24)
Slide the collar of the brush into the open end of the hose or wand.
2) Crevice Tool (Fig. 25)
Slide the collar of the crevice tool into the open end of the hose or wand.
3) Pet Mate (Only for UB0213EUK)
Use Pet Mate to pick up pet hair and loose debris. Rotating brushroll powerfully, deep cleans
dander out of upholstery and other surfaces (Fig. 26).
WARNING: Never use the Pet Mate directly on pets.
CAUTION: Moving parts! To reduce the risk of personal injury, DO NOT touch the brushroll
when vacuum cleaner is on. Contacting the brushroll while it is rotating can cut, bruise or
cause other personal injuries.
4. Suction Control
To assist with the push/pull force of the vacuum, the suction control valve can be opened to help
reduce suction and increase maneuverability. Note that for best cleaning results, the suction
control valve must be fully closed.
The suction control valve is located on the vacuum cleaner handle.
1) To open, slide the valve to the right (Fig. 27).
2) To close, slide the valve to the left (Fig. 28).
