Registering ICC Profile

You can register and edit printer profile to the machine. This section describes how to register
ICC profile.

Click [Start], and then select [Okidata] > [Configuration Tool].

Select [Storage Manager] from the [Plug-ins] menu.

Click (New Project).

Click (Add File to Project) and select [Color matching file (.ICC, .ICM)] from
the file extension list.

Select a profile you want to register and then click [Open].

Select the type of the profile you want to register from [FILE TYPE].

Click [Component] of the registered profile, and [Storage Manager] dialog is
displayed.

Select a number you want to register.
You cannot select numbers already used in the project, which are displayed on a yellow
background.

Enter comments in [Comments] if necessary.

Click [OK], to apply the change.

Select the machine from the bottom of the Storage Manager Plug-in window.

Click (Send project files to printer).

Click [OK].

Registering Forms (Form Overlay)

You can register such as logos to the machine as forms, and then print overlays. This section
describes how to register forms.

Creating a Form

Open the "Printer folder".

Right-click the printer icon, and then select the necessary printer driver from
[Printer Properties].

Select the [Ports] tab, select the [FILE] check box from [Port], and then click
[Configure Port].

Create a form to register on the machine.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Start printing.

Enter the file name under which you want to save.
example: C: temp form.prn

Select the previous port from [Printer Port] on the [Port] tab, and then click
[OK].
Registering the Form to the Machine Using Configuration Tool

Click [Start], and then select [Okidata] > [Configuration Tool].
