To read CardWizard and PowerProfiler documentation

To extract the compressed User's Guide for CardWizard and PowerProfiler:
1. From Windows Explorer, go to the
\OMNIBOOK\DRIVERS\NT\PNP_APM.40\DOC directory.
2. Double-click the NTQREF20.EXE file.
A document named NTQREF20.DOC is created and can be viewed using
WordPad or Microsoft Word. This document is the CardWizard User's Guide.
3. Double-click the PROFILER.EXE file.
A document named PROFILER.DOC is created and can be viewed using
WordPad or Microsoft Word. This document is the PowerProfiler User's Guide.

To install CardWizard

If SystemSoft CardWizard functionality is desired, it should be installed before
Windows NT 4.0 networking. CardWizard adds the following capabilities:
Plug and Play for PC cards using standard Windows NT drivers.
Automatic configuration of PC cards utilizing advanced "Wizard" technology to
allocate system resources.
Suspend/Resume functions and simplified administration of PC cards when
integrated with SystemSoft's PowerProfiler.
1. From the \OMNIBOOK\DRIVERS\NT\PNP_APM.40\CARDWIZ directory, run
SETUP.
2. Click Next.
3. Click Next at the Welcome Screen.
4. Confirm that there are no PC cards installed in the OmniBook 2000/5700, then
click Yes.
5. Click Next to accept the default directory.
6. If prompted, click Yes to overwrite the PCMCIA.SYS file.
7. Choose No, I will restart my computer later, then click Finish.
