Chapter 3 Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Guidelines Follow the guidelines below to test and troubleshoot the installation in the event a problem occurs. If the PWR LED is OFF, do the following: ❑ If the unit is installed on a desktop, check to be sure that the power adapter is securely connected to a power outlet and that the power adapter cable is securely connected to the back of the media converter.
