    Introduction This instruction manual provides details on the communication interfaces of the IM3523, IM3533, IM3533-01, IM3536 LCR Meter, IM3570, IM7580 Impedance Analyzer and IM3590 Chemical Impedance Analyzer. In this document, the "instrument" means the IM3523, IM3533, IM3533-01, IM3536, IM3570, IM7580 and IM3590.
