J. PERFORMING FIELD CALIBRATION (Zeroing Sensors) The Smart Probe App allows you to perform field calibration. This function enables a sys- tem accuracy (SP341 and Probe) of +/- 1°F (0.5°C) accuracy in the range of 30°F to 120°F (0°C to 48°C). Preparation for Field Calibration: Fill a plastic or metal container with crushed ice and add clean water to a depth of at least 4 inches. -
