The cable in box supports USB 2.0 and doesn't support video/audio/power.
Please go check in Elo website to purchase USB Type-C to Type-C cable (Elo P/N:
E710364)
Please make sure you use power adapter for a laptop since some laptops cannot support
PD (Power Delivery: 5V/9V/15V/20V) function without power adapter.
Check out "Video Priority" setting to the video port you are using.
Windows 7 limitation, there is no impact on the functionality.
