Local FAX Information Entry

Register the local FAX information below.

TTI (Transmit Terminal Identification)

Select whether or not to print the local fax information on the fax on the receiving system.

Local FAX Name

Register the local fax name printed on the fax on the receiving system.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Transmission] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [TTI] > [OK] key
Set the TTI.

Select the desired location for printing the information or [Off] if you don't want to print it.

Select the [OK] key.
Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Transmission] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Local FAX Name] > [OK] key
Set the Local FAX Name

Enter the local fax name.
NOTE
Up to 32 characters can be entered.

Select the [OK] key.
