Editing and Deleting Address Book Entries
Edit and delete the destinations (contacts) you added to the Address Book.

Delete the members.

Select the member you want to delete.

[Menu] > [▲] [▼] key > [Delete] > [OK] key > [Yes]
The selected member is deleted from Group Member.
Confirm the registered member.
Select the [Back] key when all members are registered.
Enter the address number.

[◄] [►] key > [Address Number] > [Edit]

Enter the address number.
NOTE
You can set any value between 1 and 250.
Select the [▲] or [▼] key or the numeric keys to enter a number.
Address Number is an ID for a destination. You can select any available number for
groups.
If you specify an address number that is already in use, an error message appears when
you select the [OK] key and the number cannot be registered.
Register the group.
Select the [OK] key.
[Completed.] is displayed and the group is registered.
Changing the Address Book
Display the screen.

[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Edit Destination] > [OK] key >
[▲] [▼] key > [Address Book] > [OK] key

Select the destination (contacts) or group to edit, select the [OK] key.
Edit the destination.

Select the item to change.

Select [Edit].

After you have completed the changes, [OK] key > [Yes].
