• Modular design for use with a variety of DSP and microcontroller interface boards Introduction The ADS1241MEVM is in Texas Instruments' modular EVM form factor, which allows direct evaluation of the ADS1241 performance and operating characteristics, and eases software development and system prototyping. This EVM is compatible with the 5-6K Interface Board (SLAU104) from Texas Instruments and additional third-party boards such as the HPA449 demonstration board from SoftBaugh, Inc. -

EVM Operation EVM Operation The following section provides information on the analog input, digital control, and general operating conditions of the ADS1241MEVM. Refer to Figure 1 for switch and jumper locations, and the meanings of left, middle, and right for switch settings in the following discussion. - Page 6 The digital control signals can be applied directly to J2 (top or bottom side). The modular ADS1241MEVM can also be connected directly to a DSP or microcontroller interface board, such as the HPA449.
