below to pair the cameras and receiver.

To pair the cameras to the receiver:
1. Make sure that the cameras and receiver are both powered up and all antennas are
properly attached.
2. On the recorder's on-screen display, click the channel you want to pair the camera to.
The camera toolbar appears.
NOTE
If you pair a new camera to a channel that is already being used by an existing camera, the new cam-
era will be connected to that channel. The old camera will automatically be disconnected.

and press the pair button on the camera to activate the pairing mode. This
must be done within 30 seconds of clicking the
If pairing is successful, live video from the camera will appear on the monitor.
NOTE
If you do not press the Pair button on the camera during the 30 second pairing window, repeat the above
steps to try the pairing process again.

8.1 Troubleshooting

If for some reason the camera image does not appear on the monitor, try the following
troubleshooting methods:
• Press and hold down the pair button on the camera until you see an image.
• Ensure that the camera is in range of the receiver.
• Remove obstructions between the receiver and camera.
• Avoid installing cameras in locations that require the wireless signal to pass through ce-
ment, concrete and metal structures. This will reduce the transmission range.
• Try repositioning the camera, receiver or both to improve the reception.
