Hotel User Guide

CREDIT A ROOM OR PHONE BILL

You can credit a guest's room or phone bill if the guest makes a de-
posit when checking in, or subsequently makes a cash payment to
offset some of the charges already incurred. A deposit can be en-
tered during the check-in procedure (described above). If you want
to increase the amount of credit, use the
PROCEDURE
1. Press the
CREDIT
2. Enter the room number. Display shows:
If no staff code is required, you see the screen display shown in
step
3, and you should proceed to
3. Enter your staff code. (If you enter an incorrect code, you return
to enter the code again.) The code is not displayed; instead you
see 'QQQQ' in the display. You then see:
4. Select if the credit is for the room or phone. You will see one of
the following displays.
