Vegetable soup
Serves 3
½ avocado
1 carrot
1 celery stick
½ tomato
½ pepper
¼ onion
½ garlic clove
350 ml water with meat stock
100 ml cream
Salt and pepper
Boil the water using a kettle or in a saucepan. Dissolve the stock cube in the hot
water. Now pour the water into the blender jug. Add all the vegetables and cream
and blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
