MPC225-873 Series User’s Manual Serial Port Interfaces The MPC225-873 Series has three serial ports; COM1 (RS-232/422/485) with isolated 4KV, COM2 (RS-232), and COM3 (RS-232). You can change the communication mode (RS-232/422/485) via BIOS setting, see section 3.4. Each serial port interface is available through standard DB-9 connector.
