3. 後電眼
功能：
(1) 保護布料不會被切刀誤切。
(2) 後切針數計數。
※ 電眼透明外殼不可以尖銳工具刮傷，可能產
生電眼辨識不正確問題。
4. 自動調整方式
電眼出廠時皆以做過最佳化調整，適用多種
布料，若遇特殊布料仍有無法感應之狀況，
需進行自動偵測，重新調整設定。
步驟：
(1) 進入參數 29。
(2) 選擇欲調整之電眼 ( 前 F、中 M、後 B)。
(3) 選擇完成後將待測布料放置於電眼上方
需要之高度 ( 注意不可平貼 )。
(4) 按方向
鍵進行自動調整完成後螢幕出
現 '' 校正成功 '' 字樣。
(5) 以布料來回在電眼上方移動，檢視操作
盒上對應燈號位置，有綠 / 橙變化表示成功。
(6) 若無感應，須依上述步驟重新操作。
3.Rear electric sensor
Function:
(1)Rear cutter trigger by the programmed
needle numbers.
(2)Avoid wrong cutting of the fabrics.
※Don't damage the clear case of electric
sensor by tools with sharp tips.
Damaged case may result in incorrect
detection for electric sensor.
4. Auto adjustment
Electric sensors optimized during production
can apply to various cloth and fabrics.
If cloth and fabrics being used can't
detected by electric sensors, please run auto
adjustment to reset by following procedures:
(1)Enter parameter 29.
(2)Select among front, middle or rear electric
sensors to adjust.
(3)Put cloth or fabrics on top of the sensor
selected, adjust height but don't flatten it
completely.
(4)Push button to run auto adjustment.
When finished, panel will show "Adjust
Succeed＂ message.
(5)Move cloth or fabrics forward and backward
to check if it can be detected by electric
sensor. The light indicator will turn green/
orange when detecting.
(6)If can't be detected by electric sensor,
please start over from (1) again.
