電眼
新型電眼共分為三段式感應電眼： ( 圖 42)
1. 前電眼 - 自動車縫感應電眼
功能：
(1) 無布料時不運轉，保護操作者安全。
(2) 自動起壓腳動作。
(3) VTE/CTE 吸風啟動。
(4) 組件入料，線上組裝方便，節省組裝工
時。
(5) 電眼感測器安裝於布蓋板下，美觀、不
佔空間。
2. 中電眼
功能：前切針數計數
當車縫物通過此電眼，則電控系統會依參數
設定之針數，進行切線作業。

The new electric sensors:( Fig.42)
1.Front electric sensor – Automatic seaming
electric eye sensors
Function:
(1)The machine will deactivate without the
fabrics to ensure effective and safe
operation.
(2)Auto. Presser foot lifter
(3)Activate VTE /CTE air suction device
(4)Modular assembly
(5)Space saving. Sensor installed below the
cover plate.
2.Middle electric sensor
Front cutter trigger by the programmed
needle numbers.
Function: The machine will cut the fabrics
based on the parameters operator set up.
