Electrical function test

AR
1. Switch on operating voltage.
The interlocking module carries out a self-test. In case of AR configuration: The green State LED flashes for 10 s at 5 Hz.

The green State LED then flashes at regular intervals.
2. Close all guards and insert the bolt tongue in the interlocking module. As soon as the bolt tongue is inserted in the
interlocking module, the safety outputs FO1A/FO1B are ON.
The machine must not start automatically.

The green State LED illuminates continuously.

3. Enable operation in the control system.
4. Open the guard.
The machine must switch off and it must not be possible to start it as long as the guard is open.

Repeat steps 2-4 for each guard.
