- Page 4 1. Prepare 6 bolt assemblies by first inserting a lock washer (#B) onto the bolt (#A) then a flat washer (#C) onto that same bolt (#A). 2. Align the top of the headboard legs (#2 R/L) to the holes along the sides of the headboard (#1), then insert 3 bolt assemblies into each side.
- Page 5 Prepare 3 bolt assemblies by inserting a lock washer (#B) onto the bolt (#A). Align the slat support legs (#6) to the holes along the slats (#5), then insert a bolt assembly from above. Secure using the Allen wrench (#F). Adjust according to ground level.
