6.- MAINTENANCE , WARRANTY AND SERVICE.
6.1.- Basic maintenance guide.
The main guidelines for a correct maintenance are almost the same to the ones that our Service and Technical Support does as
preventive maintenance (see section 6.4).
6.2.- Troubleshooting and F.A.Q..
Before calling to Service and Technical Support (S.T.S.) in front of a wrong operation of the equipment, the end user can try to
solve the problem by himself, in case the symptoms are one of the followings:
1. If the control is OFF ,
Check the fuses FS1 and FS2.
Check the connection between the terminals CN46.
If the above steps are correct, the control PCB must be replaced. Call to Service and Technical Support (S.T.S.).
2. If the equipment is in bypass and the acoustic alarm sounds, check the fuses from FS3 to FS7 (voltage between both fuse
ends = 0V AC).
If any fuse is blown up, shutdown the equipment and replace the fuse by otherone with the same size.
Re-start up the equipment and wait for a complete saving cycle. Check if the bypass alarm is repeated .
If the alarm is repeated, the control PCB must be replaced. Call to Service and Technical Support (S.T.S.)
6.3.- Warranty conditions.
SALICRU, S.A. provides a limited warranty, and it only applies to those products which have been purchased with an industrial
or commercial purpose in your normal business development .
6.3.1.- Product covering.
Light flow dimmer-stabilizer, ILUEST model.
6.3.2.- Warranty terms.
SALICRU guarantees the product against any material deffect and/or manpower for 12 months period starting from its start up
date done by SALICRU or other specifically authorised staff, or for 18 months from the factory delivery date, whichever expires
first. In case of fault during the warranty period, SALICRU will repair at no cost the damaged part/s , in your facilities. The
transport and packaging expenses will be under the charge of the end user.
SALICRU guarantees, for a 10 years period, as minimum, the availability of spare parts, either hardware or software, and also
a complete assistance in the reparations, parts replacement and software updating.
6.3.3.- Exclusions.
The product is out of warranty if the fault doesn't exist or it was due to a wrong operation, negligence, installation and/or
unsuitable testing, fixing or modification fixing, which has not been authorised, or any other cause beyond of its foreseen using,
or by accident, fire, lightning or other danger. Also, in any case there will not be any compensation by damages or injuries.
