Chassis
Check plates, stickers, links, spring pins and the brackets for the lift cyl-
inder.
Check for any cracks or damage as well as for wear to bushings.
Wheels
Remove strings and other debris.
Check the wear and fastening of the fork wheels and steered wheels.
Steering
Check the function and check the tow bar.
Hydraulic system
Check the function for lifting/lowering.
Check for any leaks and check for wear on hoses, pipes and connec-
tions.
Check the lift cylinder och the oil level.
Change or replace oil filter, change the oil and clean the tank
Brake (option)
Check the function of the brake, and adjust the wire if needed.
Clean and inspect for wear on the brake shoes.

Replace the oil and clean the filter the first time after 12 months and then
every 24 months.
6.4 Lubrication diagram
Always lubricate the truck according to the lubrication chart and table after
each wash.
