Humidifying filters
About replacement timing
• Replacement timing depends on usage patterns and the
location of the unit.
Replace the humidifying filters if dirt/stains cannot be
removed or there is a reduction in humidifying capacity
(water usage rate).

Remove the frame and axle.
1 Disengage the hooks (6 places) on the frame.

2 Remove the frame (upper half) and pull out the axle
from the frame (lower half).

Remove the humidifying filters.
• Remove the humidifying filter from each frame.
The illustration shows
the frame (lower half).
WARNING
Be sure to stop operation and unplug the power supply plug before performing maintenance.
(An electric shock or injury may result)

About purchase and disposal

Attach the new humidifying filters to each frame.
(The humidifying filters have front and back.)
• Align the protrusions (6 places) on each frame with
the holes (6 places) in the humidifying filter. (Water
leakage may result if not correctly attached.)
The illustration shows
the frame (lower half).
Combination of frame and filter
• Attach them so that the engraved pattern on the frame
matches the pattern on the humidifying filter.

Attach the frame and axle.
1 Attach them by aligning the grooves in the frame (upper
half and lower half) with the notches in the axle.

2 Engage the hooks (6 places) on the frame and push
until a catching sound is heard.
