Operation
UV ON/OFF
The unit can be set to emit UV rays either automatically or manually during AUTO operation, Air Purifying Operation, Humidifying
and Air Purifying Operation, or mode operation.
AUTO UV
UV rays are emitted automatically.
• When operation is turned "ON", the dust collection filter on the inside of the unit is exposed to UV rays (for about 30 minutes).
If operation is continued in that state, after being emitted for 30 minutes, UV rays stop being emitted, then start again about
90 minutes later, and the cycle repeats.
• The UV ON/OFF lamp (white) lights up during the emission of UV rays.
• During humidifying filter drying operation, UV rays are not emitted.
Hand-operated UV
UV rays are emitted manually.

• UV rays are emitted (for about 30 minutes).
• The UV ON/OFF lamp (white) lights up during the emission of UV rays.
• If
is pressed during the emission of UV rays, the emission of UV rays stops and the UV ON/OFF lamp is turned off.
The UV emission is repeated (approx. 30 minutes) every 90 minutes (approx.) after the UV emission is stopped.
(The setting returns to AUTO UV.)
• When operation is stopped, or when humidifying filter drying operation is being performed, UV rays are not emitted.
Note
• Depending on the usage time, the length of time UV rays are emitted during each 1 emission will be extended up to
150 minutes.
• When the indoor temperature is high, to protect the UV unit, the emission of UV rays stops even though the UV ON/OFF lamp
remains lit.
Operating MODEs
Optimal operation is performed by selecting the mode that suits the application. The airflow rate is adjusted automatically when the
unit is operated in a mode.

• If you select "HUMIDIFY MODE", Humidifying Operation will be "On".
• Even if you select a mode other than "HUMIDIFY MODE", if you stay in "HUMIDIFY MODE" for about 3 seconds or more while
switching between modes, Humidifying Operation will be "On".
• If
is pressed during AUTO operation and HUMIDIFY MODE, Humidifying Operation will continue to be "On" and AUTO
FAN MODE will be set.

Do not operate with the filter fixing unit, carbon filter, dust collection filter and other
components removed. (Deep ultraviolet leakage may harm your eyes and skin)
• Each press cycles through the MODE lamps (white).
