To assemble the product
1. Remove the nut (A) and the washer (B) from the
swivel screw.

2. Put the pins (C) and (D) in the related holes.
3. Put the washer (B) and the nut (A) on the swivel
screw and tighten the nut.
4. Install the handle (E). Make sure that the locking
pins (F) engage in the holes in the handle tube.

a) If 1 handle section is not sufficiently long, install a
second handle section.
5. Attach the throttle control to the handle with a clamp.
6. Attach the throttle wire to the handle with clips (G).

Vibration frequency and operation
speed
The vibrations in the product are caused by eccentric
elements. The engine shaft is connected to the eccentric
elements. This means that the vibration starts when the
engine starts and that the vibration frequency is related
to the engine speed. The vibration frequency decreases
if the engine speed decreases and stops fully when the
engine stops. Thus, the throttle control sets the engine
speed and also the vibration speed.
It is necessary to adjust the vibration frequency to
the condition of the concrete slump. For low water
content in the concrete slump, a higher vibration
frequency is necessary. For high water content in
the concrete slump, a lower vibration frequency is
