Do not use this product for any purpose that is not explicitly specified in this manual.
- Page 3 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Before starting, ensure that the TV will have at least 2” (50mm) or room on each side and in front. The space between the TV and top shelf should be no less than 3/8” (10mm). Connect the cable from the Motorized Column (A) to the Control Unit (G).
- Page 4 STEP 4 Mount the Shelf Bracket Supports (C) to the sides of the Plate Support Bracket (B) using M6x12 Screws (L) and tighten with the 4mm Allen Wrench (O). The Shelf Bracket Supports (C) should be mounted to the maximum height to ease the assembly process, and can be adjusted later to match the cabinet and TV height.
- Page 5 STEP 7 Place the Motorized Column (A), Control Unit (G), and AC Adapter (H) with Adapter Mount (I) in the cabinet at the desired locations. Mark all mounting hole locations with a pencil. Remove the Motorized Column (A) and other components, drill 5/8” (15mm) deep holes using a 1/8” (3mm) drill bit, then mount the Motorized Column (A) in the cabinet using ST5.5x16 Screws (J).
- Page 6 STEP 10 Mount the VESA Brackets (F) to the back of the TV, making sure the round holes are up and the slots are down. Use the 14mm Bolts (M-A, M-B) with M5/M8 Washers (M-F) for smaller TVs. Use the 30mm Bolts (M-C, M-D) or 50mm Bolts (M-E) with M5/M8 Washers (M-F) and Spacers (M-G, M-H) for large or curved TVs.
- Page 7 STEP 12 Adjust the height of the Shelf Bracket Supports (C) if necessary for the cabinet to close with the TV lowered. The Mount is now ready for operation. Please refer to the Controller User Guide for operating instructions.
