Operation with abrasive cut-o /
diamond w heel
Optional accessory
WARNING:
Do not " jam " the w heel or apply
excessive pressure. Do not attempt to make an
excessive depth of cut. O v e r s t r e s s i n g t h e w h e e l
increases the loading and susceptibility to twisting
or binding of the wheel in the cut and the possibility
o f k i c k b a c k , w h e e l b r e a k a g e a n d o v e r h e a t i n g o f t h e
motor may occur.
WARNING:
Do not start the cutting operation
in the w orkpiece. Let the w heel reach full speed
and carefully enter into the cut moving the tool
for w ard over the w orkpiece surface. T h e w h e e l
may bind, walk up or kickback if the power tool is
s t a r t e d i n t h e w o r k p i e c e .
WARNING:
During cutting operations, never
change the angle of the w heel. P l a c i n g s i d e p r e s -
sure on the cut-o wheel (as in grinding) will cause
t h e w h e e l t o c r a c k a n d b r e a k , c a u s i n g s e r i o u s p e r -
sonal injury.
WARNING:
A diamond w heel shall be oper-
ated perpendicular to the material being cut.

CAUTION:

ning tool w ith no load, insuring that no one is in

NOTICE:
Avoid applying too much pressure

the w ire cup brush. It may lead to premature
b r e a k a g e .

activation function

fortable operation. By connecting a supported vacuum
cleaner to the tool, you can run the vacuum cleaner
automatically along with the switch operation of the tool.

Installing the w ireless unit

CAUTION:
Place the tool on a at and stable
surface w hen installing the w ireless unit.
NOTICE:
Clean the dust and dirt on the tool before
installing the w ireless unit. Dust or dirt may cause
m a l f u n c t i o n i f i t c o m e s i n t o t h e s l o t o f t h e w i r e l e s s u n i t .
NOTICE:
To prevent the malfunction caused by static,
touch a static discharging material, such as a metal part
of the tool, before picking up the w ireless unit.
NOTICE:
When installing the w ireless unit, al w ays
be sure that the w ireless unit is inserted in the cor-
rect direction and the lid is completely closed.

Open the lid on the tool as shown in the figure.

When inserting the wireless unit, align the projections
w i t h t h e r e c e s s e d p o r t i o n s o n t h e s l o t .

When removing the wireless unit, open the lid slowly.

as you pull up the lid.

the lid w hen removing the w ireless unit. I f t h e
h o o k s d o n o t c a t c h t h e w i r e l e s s u n i t , c l o s e t h e l i d
completely and open it slowly again.
