PROBABLE CAUSE
Low oil level

Collector shoe rubber too small
Collector shoe doesn't seal against

Lower elevator rubber broken
The side brush is to flat against the
ground
Something is stuck in the elevator
Low oil level
Emergency stop
Electrical fault
Clogged water nozzles

No fuel in diesel tank

SOLUTION
Add hydraulic oil
Replace the component
Change filter
Clean with compressed air
Replace side brushes
Replace centre brush
Replace rubber
Tighten against the centre
brush
Replace elevator rubber
Increase the side angle of
the side brush
Drive the elevator and
centre brush backwards
Add hydraulic oil
Release emergency stop
Look into the wiring
diagram
Clean nozzles
Clean water filter
Replace water pump
Add diesel
Replace fuel filter
Check cooler
Add oil
