LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE INTERVAL SCHEDULE
ALL SERVICES INCLUDES CHECKING FOR OIL LEAKS, AND WORN OR DAMAGED PARTS
During all service work with the elevator or when the door is open, no one should be
on the sweeper. There is a risk of serious injury to anyone near the elevator when it is
rotating. The door should always be closed when the elevator is working.
Replacement of hydraulic hoses, before replacing return valve should be closed,
turning the handle 90 degrees. After repair, the crane should be opened again.
Hydraulic oil level control, the oil level should be at the centre of the level glass. If the
oil level is too low. Fill with filtered oil through the filling tube. The oil should have a filtration
rate of 10 microns. What quality of oil is used, you can find on the sticker on the hydraulic
tank.
