- Page 3 OPERATION Battery self test • Turn the rotary switch fully clockwise to select the battery check. If the green LED lights brightly if the battery is charged. • Connect one end of the cable to be tested into the relevant socket on the left side of the tester and the other end of the cable into the socket on the right side.
- Page 4 CLEANING • Clean the tester with a clean, soft cloth. • Do not use any chemicals, abrasives or solvents that could damage the tester. BATTERY REPLACEMENT • Disconnect any leads from the meter before opening the battery cover. • Insert a flat blade in the slot at the base of the battery tray and lift it slightly to disengage the latch then pull the tray out.
