To divert calls on the Unify Atos OpenScape CP110, use the Call Forwarding function:

1. Press the programmed function key labeled Call Fwd, or press the menu key and select Call Forwarding.
2. Choose the type of forwarding:
- *Unconditional forwarding* (forwards all incoming calls).
3. Enter the destination phone number where calls should be forwarded.
4. Confirm the selection.

Alternatively, you can use feature codes:
- Dial `*11`, `*12`, or `*13` to activate forwarding.
- Dial `#1` to deactivate forwarding.

For remote access, if configured, you can use an external phone and dial the same codes.
