Reverse position
Set the rotary direction switch to the inverted position (tap operation): the crushed material will be
released.
12.4. DISPOSAL OF THE WASTE BAG
Empty the waste bin on time. Note that it is located below the exhaust duct and is filled unevenly!
1. Turn off the machine
2. Open the waste bin with the safety switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Pull the waste bin out of the chassis and empty it.
4. Before returning the waste bin to the chassis, make sure that there are no wood chips around the
safety switch.
5. Place the waste bin on the chassis and push the safety switch back to the ON position.
12.5. TRANSHIPMENT PROTECTION
The unit automatically shuts off when the engine is overloaded, such as when the roller with thick
branches is blocked.
12.6. RESTARTING
1. Allow engine to cool.
2. Press the reset button.
3. Turn on the device again.
After a power failure, the unit does not automatically turn on when the voltage is restored.
12.7. ADJUSTING THE BOARD
Prior to initial use or if the crushing result is ineffective, the ejection plate must be properly adjusted.
Conditioning new machines may require adjusting the ejection plate at shorter intervals. You will recognize
when it is time to adjust the pusher plate when you see that the crushed material is only crushed and does
not separate properly.
1. Set rotary direction switch to "unloaded" position (suction position)
2. Turn on the device.
3. Turn the adjusting screw clockwise until you hear friction.
The ejection plate touches the crushing roll and is properly fitted.
To avoid unnecessary wear, do not adjust the ejection plate too much.
13. GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
For safety reasons, the device does not work unless the recycle bin is properly installed.
Hold the branches until they are pulled out automatically.
Follow the specified operating speed and do not overload the machine.
To prevent clogging, alternate soft garden waste and thinner branches with large branches.
Before crushing, remove any remaining soil and stones from the branches.
Do not cut soft or damp materials, such as kitchen waste, but place them directly.
Keep several dry branches to the end to use as a cleaning agent.
Switch off the machine after all material has passed through it. Otherwise, the machine may become
clogged.
When shredding, keep a safe distance from the machine, as long branches can be ejected sharply
during the draw.

14. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Repairs not specified in this manual may only be performed by an authorized service center. Only use
original spare parts. Wear a pair of garden gloves (not supplied) when turning the knife.
Before starting any maintenance work, stop the branch crusher, unplug it and wait until the knife stops
rotating before continuing.
