– Tilt the machine toward the rear, so that small
workpiece fragments can fall out of the opening intended
for this purpose.
If required, use a suitable tool to remove all workpiece
fragments.
Prevent dust accumulation at the workplace.
Dusts can easily ignite.
Position of the Operator
Do not stand in a line with the cutting disc 6 in front of
the machine. Always stand aside of the cutting disc .
This measure provides for better protection of your body
against possible splinters in case of cutting disc breakage.
Switching On and Off
To start the machine, firstly press the lockoff button 1.
Then press the On/Off switch 2 and keep it pressed.
For safety reasons, the On/Off switch 2 cannot
be locked; it must remain pressed during the
entire operation.
To switch off the machine, release the On/Off switch 5.
Tool change
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
Removing the cutting disc
- Rotate the disc protection backwards as far as it will go.
- Loosen the hexagonal screw that holds the disc to
the left with the hexagonal wrench provided 1 and
simultaneously press the spindle lock 2 until it locks.
- Remove the screw and washer and replace the disc.
- Mount the washer and tighten the screw clockwise.
Operation adjustment.
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
Transport
Head gripper pin adjustment. Act on the stop screw 3,
until the pin 8 enters smoothly when the head is lowered
to lift or transport the machine.
Adjusting the Cutting Angle
The miter angle can be set in a range from -15° to +45°.
Frequently used mitre angles are identified on the angle
stop 7 with appropriate markings. The -15° and 45°
position are set at the respective end stop.
- Act on the stop screw of corner 4 with angle wrench 1.

Support stop shift
The stop angle can be moved back to cut larger pieces.
To do this, mount the stop on the previous screws 4.
Workpiece clamping
For maximum safety at work, the workpiece must always
be held firmly.
Do not cut parts so small that they cannot be attached
properly.

General instructions for use
Cutting Operation
- Adjust the desired angle.
- Keep the workpiece considering its size.
- Activate the engine start button 5 by first pressing the
safety button 6.
- Wait until the disc reaches the maximum spin speed
(about 4 seconds)
- Slowly guide the tool arm downwards with the handle.
- Divide the piece with a uniform feed.
- Release the engine start button 5 and wait until the
cutting disc has completely stopped.
- Slowly guide the instrument arm upwards.
After working with the splitting disk, before touching
it, wait until it has cooled down. The cutting disc can
become very hot while working.
Make sure the rear spark arrester is mounted
correctly. Sparks are projected during metal cutting.
Protect the cutting blade from impact, impact and grease.
Do not apply lateral pressure against the cutting disc.
Do not overload the power tool in such a way that it
stops.
