This function freezes all the hob settings for approximately 10
minutes if the person using the hob needs to go away for a short
time.
During the pause:
No energy is being used in any of the cooking areas.
All the Timers are stopped.
The "Turbo" and "Quick Heating" functions are deactivated
When the 10 minutes are up, the hob will continue with all the
actions that were set previously.

The residual heat indicator is a safety feature, indicating that
the surface of the cooking area is still at a temperature of 60°
C or above, which may cause burns if touched by a naked
hand.
