Non-combined detergent
Non-combined dishwashing detergents
are products that contain no further
components in addition to the actual
dishwashing detergent. Examples of this
are dishwashing powder or liquid
dishwashing detergent.
With powder and liquid detergent, the
dosage can be adjusted to the degree
of soiling of the dishes.
For better washing and drying results
and to avoid damage to the appliance,
we recommend adding "softening
salt" → Page 29 and "rinse agent" →
Page 30 to use.
Combined Dishwasher Detergent
In addition to traditional non-
combined dishwashing detergents, a
number of products with additional
functions are offered. In addition to
cleaning agents, these products also
contain rinse aid and salt substitutes
(3in1) and, depending on the
combination (4in1, 5in1, ...) additional
components such as glass protection
or polish for stainless steel. According
to the manufacturer's specifications,
combined dishwasher detergents
generally only work at water
hardnesses of 21 °dH. With a water
hardness of more than 21 °dH, you
must add softening salt and rinse aid.
For optimal washing and drying
results, we recommend using
softening salt and rinse aid from a
water hardness of 14 °dH. If you use
combination detergents,
