WARRANTY
SCOPE
•
The warranty period for Flexlife is 2 (two) years from the date of purchase
•
If there is a material or manufacturing defect on your Flexlife during this warranty period, the defective
parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge. The warranty covers the seat unit and charger.
•
Consumable parts such as back cushion, seat cushion, armrest foam, backrest foam, decorative parts.
batteries and tyres are excluded from this warranty.
•
This warranty does not cover faults caused either by intentional user misuse or careless use, such as
errors caused by use other than that specified in this manual.
This warranty also does not cover defects resulting from modification of the device or continuous use
under conditions other than the specified conditions, such as exceeding the maximum weight, etc.
•
Scratches, lustrelessness and dirt on the surface of the product as a result of normal use are not covered
by the warranty.
•
If warranty repairs are necessary, contact the dealer where you purchased the device.
•
The life expectancy of the complete product is (excluding wear parts) 5 years from the date of sale.

Contact the dealer where the device was purchased or the manufacturer of Flexlife for information about
product safety and any recalls.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
If you have an accident or other incident involving Flexlife, please inform Decon Wheel AB as soon as possible
so that we can handle the matter and report to interested parties.
