ERROR DIAGNOSTICS

INTRODUCTION

When the LED lights on the control panel flash, this means that there is a malfunction on the wheelchair. This
alarm can be generated from the engine, brake, battery, wire connection or the wheelchair itself. The
problems can be classified according to the diagnostic code. The times the LED flashes and pauses, several
times again and repeatedly, is the actual diagnostic code. For example, if the LED flashes four times, pauses
and flashes four times again repeatedly, it means that there is something wrong with the left motor. If it's five
times, it means there's something wrong with the right engine.
Depending on whether the situation is serious or not, the wheelchair may stop working. During certain
situations, the wheelchair must not be used.

MALFUNCTIONS AND SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS

There is a diagnostic indicator in the control panel. When the light is green, it means that this
wheelchair has no problems. When there is something wrong, it will be reported by flashing.
If the indicator light indicates that there is a fault, the user should turn off the power supply and then
turn it back on.
If the function after starting again is not eliminated and the lamp repeats this pattern, see the
diagnostic information, it can help you find possible problems and corresponding solutions.
If the above methods still cannot help you troubleshoot, contact your dealer.
