A serial number label is located on the bottom of the air
pads and the foam base.

IMPORTANT! If you are using the Hybrid Select without the IT Air Pad (as an offloading cushion) follow these instructions, and
then continue with the Cushion Setup instructions. Consult with a clinician to adjust the cushion as prescribed.
1. Remove the cover. See the "Cover and Cushion Components" section in this manual.
2. Locate the tubing that attaches the IT
Air Pad to the ISOFLO, and detach the

protect it from moisture, contaminants,
wear and damage. See additional storage
instructions in this manual.
