Lines, Black (Vertical)
Possible cause
Image drum is

Remedy
Clean LED head with lens cleaner or soft tissue.
Change toner cartridge.
Change image drum.

The green surface of the image drum is damaged or dirty. If
damaged, replace the image drum cartridge.
