What to Do
Close the duplex cover.
See "Duplex Printing" on
page 256.
Be sure both the top cover
and the front cover are
firmly closed.
Install the missing tray.
Make sure the tray is
pushed fully into the
printer.
Load the requested media
(mmm) in the MP Tray
and press ON-LINE.
Load mmm media in the
indicated (tttt) tray.
Load the appropriate
media in the tray and
press ON-LINE.
Load the appropriate
media in the tray and
press ON-LINE.
Clear the jam. See

Make sure you have a
