Belt Replacement
REMOVE
1
Lower mower deck to the LOWEST height of cut.

Remove belt cover.
Move idler arm to remove belt tension.

Remove belt from pulley.
5
Remove belt from the PTO pulley.
6
Slip belt off - between pulley and belt guide.

INSTALL
Slip belt on - between pulley and belt guide.
1
Note: After installing the new belt, check belt, guide
gap it should be approximately 1/8˝ (3.3 mm) away from
belt.

Loop and hold belt around pulley while

- installing cover.

Place belt on the PTO pulley.
5
Move idler arm to remove belt tension.
6
Place belt on remaining pulley as shown.
