Restoring the printer settings

When necessary, you can restore the configuration settings of the printer.

Restoring printer settings from an external USB flash drive
1. On the Restore configuration menu, press the Confirm key to select
'General'.
The following 'Restore Configuration' screen appears:
2. Press the up/down arrow keys to select 'From USB-stick' followed by the
Confirm key to restore the configuration settings of the printer from a USB
flash drive.
The printer will ask you to insert a USB flash drive:
3. Insert the USB flash drive, which contains a back-up of the printer
settings.
• If no data are available on the USB flash drive, the following message
is displayed:
• If multiple data are present on the USB flash drive, the following
screens appear successively:
Afterwards, the 'Restore USB-stick configuration' screen is displayed:

Note: Make sure that you insert the correct USB flash drive,
containing the printer settings you want to restore.
