Removal
1. Removal of upper lid
Refer to Section 1-6.
2. Removal of fan bracket
(1) Free the harnesses 1 and 2 from the
clamper 1 on the fan bracket.
(2) Free the harness 2 from the clamper 2 on
the SW cover.
(3) Disconnect the harnesses 1 and 2 from the
IF-715 board.
(4) Unscrew the three screws.
(5) Remove the fan bracket in the direction of
the arrow.
3. Removal of harness
Remove all harnesses which are connected to the
power supply unit and the IF-715 board.
1 Free the six harnesses of fans 1 to 6 from
clampers and remove them.
2 Disconnect the 12 harnesses which are
connected to the HDD units.
Free these harnesses from clampers.
3 Free the harness which is connected to FP-
104 board from clamper and disconnect this
harness.
4 Disconnect the harness which is connected to
AC inlet.
5 Disconnect the harness which is connected to
the POWER switch.
